Tell us about your floor.
- Floor type and approximate square footage
- Photos of the area and specific concerns
- Cleaners, waxes or polishes previously used
- Your ZIP code and access details
These details help us recommend a suitable service before you commit.
The right service starts with the right diagnosis.
Dullness can come from everyday soil, residue, finish wear or a combination of these. We inspect the floor and discuss what has been used on it before recommending cleaning. If layers of polish are the issue, a separate wax or residue-removal service may be more appropriate.
Cleaning does not remove deep scratches, repair worn-through finish or replace sanding and refinishing.
What we can help with
- Surface soil on finished hardwood floors
- Routine professional maintenance cleaning
- Evaluation of cloudy or sticky residue
- Aftercare guidance suited to the floor
Tell us about special concerns when requesting your quote. We discuss optional treatments before proceeding.
A clear process, from start to finish.
Inspect the finish
We discuss the floor type, visible wear, moisture concerns and products previously used.
Choose the service
We distinguish routine soil from buildup or finish damage and agree on the cleaning scope.
Clean & maintain
We use a surface-appropriate approach and provide maintenance guidance after the work.
A little preparation goes a long way.
Tell us whether your floor is solid or engineered wood if you know, and share product labels for any polish or cleaner used. Remove small items and flag damaged areas or moisture concerns.
We serve San Diego and nearby communities. Include your ZIP code so we can confirm service availability and discuss access.
Ask about your hardwood floor cleaning quote ↗Before you book
Will cleaning remove scratches?
Routine cleaning removes soil and suitable surface residue; it does not sand away scratches or replace damaged finish. We explain when another type of work may be needed.
Is this the same as hardwood wax removal?
No. Routine hardwood cleaning and removal of layered polish or wax-like buildup are different services. We assess the surface before recommending one.
Can engineered wood be cleaned?
The finish, construction and condition determine suitability. Share what you know about the floor and any manufacturer care instructions so we can assess it.
Can I get a quote from photos?
Photos help us understand the area and visible condition. Include approximate square footage and product history. An on-site assessment may still be needed to confirm the service.
Need another surface cleaned?
Routine hardwood cleaning and hardwood wax removal address different problems. Ask us which service fits your floor.
